Verify the room or location
Match hotel room photographs to the correct category and configuration. A view from one room should not quietly stand in for every room in that category if the booking experience would be misleading.
Confirm destination names with the asset owner. Similar beaches, landmarks, and interiors can be easy to confuse, and a confident generated description is not a location verification method.
Describe what can be seen
Focus on the visible arrangement: twin beds, a balcony with seating, a desk beside a window, or a trail through a landscape. Keep unverified statements about star ratings, amenities, accessibility, or proximity out of the description.
Put important booking conditions in visible page copy. Alternative text should not be the only place where a guest learns that a pictured feature is optional, seasonal, or restricted to selected room types.
Keep seasonal imagery current
Record when each asset was approved and which pages use it. Review galleries after renovations and major seasonal changes. A well-optimized old image can still set the wrong expectation.
Use a clear filename convention that combines the confirmed location or room type with a distinct view. PixelRank can draft the wording when given verified context; the property or destination editor should approve the final result before publishing.
