The service

PixelRank creates suggested filenames, alt text, titles, and descriptions for uploaded images. You must review results for accuracy and suitability before publishing. AI can make mistakes. The service does not guarantee Google indexing, search rankings, accessibility compliance, sales, or any other business outcome. Downloads and CSV exports do not automatically update your website.

Your account and uploads

Keep your account secure and upload only content you are authorized to process. You retain your rights in your uploaded images. You permit PixelRank and its service providers to store and process those images as needed to deliver the features you request. Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, credential theft, or attempts to bypass account and usage restrictions.

Plans and billing

Free includes 10 images per month. Pro is $12 per month for 500 images. Business is $29 per month for 2,000 images. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Any applicable tax and the final amount are shown at checkout. Image allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC; unused credits do not roll over. A successfully processed image uses one credit. Failed analysis does not use a credit.

Cancel or manage an existing subscription through the billing portal. The portal shows the effective date of a cancellation or plan change and any prorated charge before confirmation. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; any rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.

Quality and technical limits

Uploads support JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB, 8,000 pixels per side, and 24 megapixels. Paid plans support batches of up to 20 images, processed sequentially. Original downloads preserve uploaded file bytes. Business provides an explicit original-quality export choice and full-resolution lossless PNG export. Lossless export does not recover detail already missing from an image. Optional web-optimized export uses WebP compression and a maximum dimension of 1,920 pixels.

Availability and support

Features depend on hosting, authentication, AI, and payment providers and may be interrupted. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and other users. Contact us if your account or a paid feature is not working. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
